When you use Platsage, we collect personal information you provide during registration or usage of the App, including your name, email address, phone number, business name, and other profile-related data. If you are a paying customer, we may also collect payment or billing details to process your subscription.

As part of the App functionality, you may input personal information about your customers, such as their names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other relevant data required to facilitate communication or support. This includes conversation history, message logs, uploaded media, and usage patterns associated with your interactions.

We may also collect technical information about your device and usage, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, time zone, and feature usage. This information helps us improve performance, personalize your experience, and monitor service health.

Platsage uses your information to deliver and improve the App, enhance your experience, and provide customer support. Specifically, we process your information to allow you to send and receive messages, manage clients, access analytics, and automate workflows. The information may also be used to personalize the interface, deliver platform updates, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We also use aggregated and anonymized data to analyze usage trends and improve our product offerings. Where you have provided consent, we may contact you with promotional content or service-related updates.

In addition, user-generated content—such as anonymized messages or interaction patterns—may be used to enhance Platsage internal AI-powered features. These AI/ML processes are applied solely within the scope of improving your experience and are never used to train generalized or non-personalized models. We do not use any Google user data for training or improving public-facing AI systems.

Platsage does not use Google Workspace APIs for developing, improving, or training generalized AI or machine learning models. Any Google user data accessed through integrations is processed only for the purpose of providing direct services to you and is never transferred to external AI systems for unrelated uses.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers that help us operate the App, such as cloud hosting services, analytics platforms, messaging infrastructure providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to use your information only as necessary to deliver their services to us and are bound by strict data protection terms.

Your information may be shared with regulatory or legal authorities if required by applicable law or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others. In the event that Platsage is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the new entity as part of that transaction. In such cases, we will notify you of any change in control affecting your data.

Where legally required or when you have given consent, we may share your data with affiliates, partners, or other third parties to provide additional services or integrations.

While we aim to respond within a reasonable time, please note that certain legal obligations or operational requirements may prevent immediate action in some cases.

We implement industry-standard security practices to safeguard your personal data. Information is encrypted during transmission and stored securely in protected environments. Our servers and services are monitored continuously for threats, and we review our systems regularly to prevent unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data.

Access to user data is limited to authorized personnel who are required to follow strict confidentiality obligations. All employees and service providers undergo routine security awareness training.

Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we are committed to maintaining a strong defense and to notifying you promptly if we detect any data breach that affects your information.

We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Once data is no longer required, we either securely delete or anonymize it.
